Do you require contracts?
No. ASJEM Pools does not require long-term contracts for weekly pool or spa service — a promise we put right on our marketing materials. You can start or stop service whenever you need to.
What’s included in weekly pool service?
Every weekly visit includes water testing and chemical balancing (chemicals included), vacuuming, brushing the waterline and tile, skimming the surface, and emptying the pump basket.
How much does pool cleaning cost in Simi Valley?

Are you licensed, insured, and certified?
Yes. ASJEM Pool and Spa, LLC is licensed and insured, and is a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO Certified, License #C-126472).
Do you service spas and hot tubs too?
Yes. We provide the same water testing, balancing, and cleaning service for spas and hot tubs, sized to their smaller volume and tighter chemical tolerances.
How often should my pool filter be cleaned?
Most filters should be cleaned bi-yearly, though pools with heavy debris or high usage may need it more often. We’ll flag it during your regular visits.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Simi Valley and the surrounding Valley, including Moorpark, Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, West Hills, Reseda and Panorama City. Not listed? Ask us — there’s a good chance we still cover it.
